Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Accompanied by a copy of your receipt or packing slip

Reasons for Return/Exchange

We will happily accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Item does not fit (size exchange only)
  • Item is defective or damaged

We will not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that are not in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that are worn or damaged
  • Items returned after 5 days of delivery
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Return & Exchange Process

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your return or exchange.

Refunds

  • If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item.

Exchanges

  • If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as it is available. You will not be charged for shipping on the replacement item.
